  • What is the return policy?

  • What are the shipping and receiving time frames?

We offer priority (standard) shipping and priority express shipping. For priority shipping, please allow 1-3 business days. For priority express shipping, please allow 1-2 business days. 

  • I haven't received my tracking number or package. What should I do?

Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery. If you have not receive your item(s) after that time frame, please notify us. If you did not receive your tracking number, please be sure to check your spam and junk folders for your tracking confirmation email. Contact us with any questions via email. 

  • What if an item is out of stock?

We apologize in advance for merchandise that’s out of stock.  If you are interested in an out of stock item, please contact us to verify if item will be restocked.

  • How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Once you have arrived at the checkout page, the shipping method of your choice is available and the fees will be calculated.
